The proposal is located at 45, 49 and 51 Brougham Street and 33 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, legally described as PT Section 683 Town of New Plymouth, PT Lot 6 DP 3466, Lot 2 DP 15492 and Lot 3 DP 15492.
