Festival of gardens and gardeners

The Taranaki Rhododendron Festival is recognised as this country’s finest regional celebration of gardeners and gardens.

Dates: 29 October - 7 November 2010.
Locations: Taranaki wide

Almost 50 gardens open their gates during this popular garden festival. Showcasing some of the most outstanding gardens, parks and open spaces in New Zealand, the annual festival includes the highest number of gardens of National and Regional Significance in the country.

Taranaki Arts Festival Trust (TAFT) has run the event since 2004.
