Rugby World Cup 2011

One of the world’s biggest sporting events is coming to the world’s best small city when three Rugby World Cup 2011 matches are contested at New Plymouth’s Stadium Taranaki!

Rugby World Cup 2011 will take place at venues around New Zealand from 9 September to 23 October 2011.

Rugby World Cup 2011 Community Mural Competition

The ‘Rugby World Cup 2011 Community Mural’ will be created to coincide with the one-year countdown to Taranaki’s first game on 11 September 2011. The creation of the mural will signal the beginning of community engagement activities for RWC2011 and will act as a constant visual reminder of the approaching tournament. Entries have now closed.
