Seaweek

Seaweek celebrates the sea and gets New Zealanders involved in activities that promote the health of our ocean and coast.

Public talks, guided walks, beach clean ups, kayak trips and surfing lessons are all part of seaweek.

Art exhibitions will celebrate the sea and librararies around the mountain offer heaps of fun activities for kids.

Join the Mobile Madness at Centre City or Hawera's LibraryPlus and take part in the National Children's Day Seaweek Parade.
