Display of Beach Rubbish

Time: 10am - 12pm
Location: Coastal Wallkway, opposite Centre City.

The rubbish that is collected will be displayed on the Coastal Walkway to highlight the amount of rubbish collected, what damage it can do to the environment and what can be done to reduce the rubbish in our coastal environment. New Plymouth District Council will be supplying rubbish bags and gloves or you may wish to bring your own gloves. The rubbish will be sorted, recycled and disposed of in the appropriate manner to the recycling centre or the landfill.
