A T.rex Named Sue

Location: Main Exhibitions Gallery, Puke Ariki
The largest, most complete, and best-preserved T. rex skeleton ever discovered is here in Taranaki!

At 12.8 metres long and 3.6 metres high, Sue is the largest, most complete, and best preserved Tyrannosaurus Rex ever discovered.

This travelling exhibition from North America visits New Zealand for the very first time, showcasing a dramatic life-sized skeleton cast of this dinosaur that roamed North America over 67 million years ago.
