Meeting Dates 2012

Ordinary meetings of the Council, committees, some subcommittees and community boards are held on a six-weekly meeting cycle.

Extraordinary meetings are held as necessary – these are advertised in the newspaper as required.

Agenda papers will be available for inspection at Council offices, service centres and libraries.

All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at New Plymouth Disitrict Council, Liardet Street unless otherwise indicated.

NOTE: The Policy Committee is undertaking a review of the meeting cycle. A decision is due on 5 June about the meeting dates for the remainder of 2012.
