Meeting Dates

Ordinary meetings of the council, committees, some subcommittees and community boards are held on a six-weekly meeting cycle.

Extraordinary meetings are held as necessary – these are advertised in the newspaper as required.

Agenda papers will be available for inspection at council offices, service centres and libraries.
