Administration Officer Part-time

We are looking for an Administration Officer to support our Parks and Cemeteries and Crematorium teams for 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday). This role provides a wide range of administration, word-processing, financial and clerical duties.

Part-time Administrative Secretary

Reporting to the General Legal Counsel, you would be assisting with the delivery of this service by providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support services to the team’s qualified lawyers. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.

Two-year fixed-term Building Licensing Officer

A new ruling in the Building Act requires all compliance schedules to be updated to new specifications. As a result, we are looking for a Building Licensing Officer to work in our building compliance team and support the project for two years.

Water Treatment Plant Technician

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the outcomes impact directly on the health and well-being of the community.Mechanical or electrical trades or equivalent qualifications are not essential but would be an advantage.  If you have a genuine interest and experience in the water industry and want to take your career to the next level – this could be the position for you.

Senior Project Manager - Building Projects

The Building Projects Team is responsible for a variety of projects including the upgrade and replacement of Council-owned facilities, such as buildings, streetscapes, parks, and mechanical equipment at water treatment plants and pump stations.  We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a varied portfolio of projects.

Team Leader Core System Configuration

The Information and Communications Technology Team is a dynamic, forward-looking team that works across the Council to deliver effective technology solutions and support. We require a Team Leader in our Core System Configuration Team to ensure that our core systems meet the needs of the Council, ratepayers, customers and the general public.
