OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK

Real people answer your calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
 

We love to hear from you

If you can’t make it into the Civic Centre or one of the library and service centres in Waitara, Inglewood or Bell Block during business hours, give us a call on 06-759 6060 or use our online contact us form.
The call centre is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a friendly person at the end of the line every time.

 

Civic Centre

Liardet Street, New Plymouth
8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday (with a 24-hour, seven day a week telephone service).

Govett-Brewster Art Gallery

Queen Street, New Plymouth.
Monday – Sunday 10.30am-5.00pm .

Todd Energy Aquatic Centre

Tisch Avenue, New Plymouth
Monday to Friday
Public swimming 6.00am–8.15pm
Lane swimming 6.00am–10.00am and 5.00pm–8.15 pm

Weekends and public holidays
Public swimming 8.30am–6.45pm
Lane swimming 8.30am–10.0am and 5.00pm–6.45pm

Puke Ariki

Ariki Street, New Plymouth
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 6pm;
Wednesday 9am - 9pm;
Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm.
(NB: Puke Ariki library is closed on public holidays, the museum and i-SITE are open seven days a week except Christmas Day)

Inglewood library and service centre

Rata Street, Inglewood
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm;
Wednesday and Friday 9.00am-6.00pm;
Saturday 9.00am-noon.

Waitara library and service centre

Queen Street, Waitara
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am-5.00pm;
Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am-6.00pm;
Saturday 9.00am-noon;
Sunday 2.00pm-4.00pm.

Oakura Library

16 Donnelly Street, Oakura
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12.00pm-6.00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 9.00am-1.00pm

Urenui Library

Takiroa Street, Urenui
Monday, Tuesday: 10.30am - 12.30pm
Wednesday, Thursday: Closed
Friday: Noon - 4.00pm
Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month: 10.30am - 12.30am

Bell Block library and service centre

Parklands Avenue Shopping Centre, Bell Block
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm;
Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am - 6.00pm;
Saturday 9.00am - noon.
