The council's customer support team, located at the Civic Centre, is the first point of contact for all council services.

Services

General enquiries.
Service requests.
Building enquiries, consents and applications.
Property enquiries, consents and applications.
Planning enquiries, consents and applications.
Water, stormwater and sewer enquiries and applications.

They can also take payments for your rates, parking tickets, dog registrations, water billing and receive any complaints and compliments!

Waitara, Bell Block and Inglewood libraries offer payment services and basic building and property information.Return to top

Civic Centre
Liardet St, New Plymouth
8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday (with a 24-hour, seven day a week telephone service).

Inglewood library and service centre
Rata Street, Inglewood
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm; Wednesday and Friday 9.00am-6.00pm; Saturday 9.00am-noon.

Waitara library and service centre
Queen Street, Waitara
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am-5.00pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am-6.00pm; Saturday 9.00am-noon; Sunday 2.00pm-4.00pm.

Bell Block library and service centre
Parklands Avenue Shopping Centre, Bell Block
Limited payment facilities are now available
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 7.00pm; Saturday 9.30am - noon.
