Taranaki Investment Management Limited (TIML) is 100 per cent owned by the council with independent directors. The council contracts TIML for the provision of an investment management role in respect of the council’s Perpetual Investment Fund, and an advisory role in respect of the council’s other investments in Apex Consultants Limited, the airport and various forestry ventures.
