TRAINING AT THE FITNESS CENTRE

Swim-gym-sauna memberships, one to one sessions, free and fixed weights, cardio equipment and group classes - the Fitness Centre at the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre has something to suit everyone!

Fitness Centre memberships include:

• An inital consultation to establish your base line fitness,  health and fitness goals.
• A personalised programme and instruction.  
• Photo ID card.
• Access to the gym, pools and sauna.

Fitness centre hours

Monday to Friday: 6.00am to 8.15pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Public holidays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Using a fitness professional

We have three fitness professionals available for one to one personal training sessions. Read their profiles and book a session:

• Brad Cooper
• Clare Makeham
• Jason Court 

Why use a fitness professional:

• Each session is catered for YOU. 
• Correct technique is monitored through the workout, ensuring your workout is worthwhile.
• Your training session(s) can be goal specific, e.g. core stability, weight management, specific sport training and rehabilitation.
• You will adopt a healthier lifestyle without even realising it because of your fitness professional.

Cost: $40 per hour

Circuit Classes are also available on request for groups. Contact us on 06-759 6060 for more information and bookings.

50s Forward programme

A structured class using resistance weights to:

• Increase muscle strength.
• Improve bone density.
• Improve balance and coordination.

Class times: 9am-10am Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
