Fitness Professional

I am committed to assisting individuals and groups achieve their sporting goals and overall fitness objectives.

I love sports and fitness.  I have played competitive sports all of my life and love to follow rugby, basketball, cricket and many other sports. I have competed at national level in the sports mentioned.

I have worked in the fitness for the last four years, after completing a Sports and Exercise Degree majoring in Exercise Prescription through Massey University. 

In these four years I have instructed fitness and circuit classes for senior and youth groups as well as designing individual programmes for people wanting specific sports and rehabilitation programmes and working with sports teams.

I love to challenge and train athletes at a high level of fitness and see these athletes develop and achieve their goals. Through challenging individuals and using many different forms of training to provide good variety, I will keep clients motivated to reach their goals.

I believe I have a lot to offer my clients. I am open and honest and have an ability to develop exercise programmes to achieve specific results. I believe in providing clients with the knowledge and tools to develop, and in doing so guiding them and motivating them to live a healthier lifestyle and achieving their ultimate goals in sports or fitness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sports and Exercise, with a major in Exercise Prescription and Training.
• Certificate in Sports Science and Nutrition.
• Thump Boxing Instructor Certificate.
• Advanced Thump Boxing Instructors Certificate.
• Super-box Thump Boxing Instructors Certificate.
• Netfit Sports Nutrition Certificate.
