Citizens' Awards

Awards for our citizens

The Citizens' Awards recognise people who have made a significant contribution to the district over many years or through an exceptional action. And for the first time, people who have already received royal or national honours are also eligible for nomination.

 

2008 Citizens' Award Winners

There are a lot of quiet achievers out there who are magnificent role-models for others and who deserve to get a bit of attention for their selfless dedication.
