Coastal Walkway Extension: Reports

The Bell Block Coastal Walkway Extension Consultation Plan and appendices are currently being considered by the Council. A decision to proceed with public consultation, as reccomended in the report, will be made by Policy Committee on 26 February 2013. If the report is approved, public consultation is expected to begin late March/early April (date to be confirmed).

TIML

TIML is responsible for managing the Council's Perpetual Investment Fund for the long term benefit of the New Plymouth District. Its directors make all investment decisions relating to the fund and report to the Council's Investment Subcommittee on a regular basis - at least quarterly.

Wairau Road Subdivision Reports

Five expert reports are for proposed 31 Lot rural subdivision at Upper Wairau Road, Oakura. The reports have been provided by the applicant, subject to further information requested by the Council.
