This is our Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2009. This is a statutorily required report against the objectives, performance measures and budgets set in the Annual Plan for the year. It also gives details of our overall financial performance for the year together with its financial position as at 30 June 2009, along with other financial data and information.

TIML

TIML is responsible for managing the Council's Perpetual Investment Fund for the long term benefit of the New Plymouth District. Its directors make all investment decisions relating to the fund and report to the Council's Investment Subcommittee on a regular basis - at least quarterly.
