Plan Change 30 Addition of Six Notable Trees to the New Plymouth District Plan

Reference: PLC11/00030

This Plan Change adds six new trees to the Schedule of Notable Trees, Appendix 13.3 of the District Plan. The six trees are:

• Sequoia sempervirens (California Redwood) at 287 Mangorei Road, New Plymouth;
• Agathis Australis (Kauri) at 30 Mangahewa Road, New Plymouth;
• Agathis Australis (Kauri) at 29a Frank Wilson Terrace, New Plymouth;
• Quercus Robur (English Oak) at 25 Ngakoti Street, Urenui;
• Agathis Australis (Kauri) at 8b Camden Street, New Plymouth and
• Aracaria Heterophylla (Norfolk Island Pine) at 976 South Road, Oakura.
