Plan Change 18 Rezoning of Rural Environment Area between Karo Park and the Kurapete Stream and Karo Park Open Space B Environment Area, Inglewood, to Residential A Environment Area

This Plan Change proposes to rezone parts of the Rural Environment Area between Karo Park and the Kurapete Stream and Karo Park Open Space B Environment Area, Inglewood, to Residential A Environment Area; amend, add and remove Indicative Local Roads within and adjacent to the areas rezoned to Residential A Environment Area; and add Preferred Esplanade Reserves along both banks of an unnamed tributary of the Waiongana Stream, both banks of the Waiongana-iti Stream, and both banks of the Kurapete Stream.

Status: Decision notified on 10 December 2011. Appeal period now closed. Appeal received from DS Parker Trust relating to location of Indicative Local Road between Karo street and Windsor Road on their property at 2 Windsor Road.
Legal effect: 10 December 2011 as per section 86B(1) of the RMA. West of Windsor Road now deemed to be under appeal (refer to yellow highlight in Map B50). East of Windsor Road to be treated as operative pursuant section 86F of the RMA (refer to green highlight in Maps B50 and B51).
