Community Plan 2006-2016

The Community Plan (also known as the Long-Term Council Community Plan, or LTCCP) is a 10-year plan for the New Plymouth District. It sets out a detailed plan for the first three years, and an outline for the remaining seven years.

It also identifies the funding allocations for the district and a programme of improvement projects for the first three years.

In addition, the plan outlines how the council and its partners will seek to deliver on the seven priority outcomes that have been identified by our community.
