Community Funding

Not only do we manage a number of grants which community groups and individuals can apply for, we can also provide funding strategies to enable groups to plan for the future and respond to the changing needs of the community.

You may also find Community Net, Fundview and Breakout (available free in all district libraries) helpful.

Community Funding Programme

Funding for incorporated societies or charitable trusts.

Creative Communities

Funding for arts and cultural projects.

Heritage Protection Fund

Aimed mainly for the presentation and protection of items in the heritage schedule of the District Plan.

Iwi/Hapu/Marae Purchase of Professional Services

Funding to help facilitate participation in resource consent applications and matters relating to the preparation and changes to the District Plan.
