The team at the New Plymouth i-SITE Visitor Information Centre can arrange bookings for all accommodation, transportation, events and attractions in New Plymouth District or further afield - whatever your requirements!

Opening hours

9am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
9am-9pm Wednesday
9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday


The New Plymouth i-SITE Visitor Information Centre is an accredited member of the i-SITE Visitor Information Network (VIN). They offer a full range of brochures and free and friendly information for all visitors and locals.

They are agents for Tranz Scenic Trains, Interislander and Blue Bridge ferries as well as Dalroy Express, InterCity, Newmans and White Star Coachlines.
